Radiohead’s official announcement on September 3rd, 2025, confirmed their first live performances since 2018. The band (Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Ed O’Brien, Colin Greenwood, and Phil Selway), said that recent rehearsals last year reignited their desire to perform again. “[It] felt really good to play the songs again,” drummer Phil Selway said, “and reconnect with a musical identity that has become lodged deep inside all five of us.”

Radiohead will make tickets available through a pre-registration system on their official website. Fans will have to register between September 5th and September 7th to become eligible to buy tickets when general sales open.

The band stated that pre-registration aims to limit bot and resale interference, trying to ensure fans who live near each venue have real access to tickets.

While there’s no confirmation of new studio material as of the announcement, the band released a live LP Hail to the Thief – Live Recordings 2003-2009, slated for October 31.

This marks Radiohead’s return to the stage after their A Moon Shaped Pool Tour ended in 2018. The time apart saw members pursuing solo projects: Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood with The Smile, Ed O’Brien and Philip Selway solo work, and collaborative ventures.
