The ceremony also highlighted special honors for legendary and rising artists. Elvis Crespo was inducted into the Billboard Hall of Fame for his decades-long impact on tropical music. Laura Pausini received the Icon Award, honoring her international influence and career longevity. Peso Pluma earned the first-ever Billboard Vanguard Award, recognizing his rise as a new global force in Latin music.
