In an official NBC Insider feature, the network described Snoop’s upcoming role as a mix of behind-the-scenes interviews, cultural exploration, and commentary on the winter sports action. “Snoop’s Greatest Hits,” a recurring segment from his 2024 Olympics stint, will return, giving him space to riff on the day’s standout moments with Tirico. NBC executives have cited Snoop’s charisma and ability to connect with audiences as a key reason for bringing him back.
