Sony Interactive Entertainment has rolled out its first wireless speakers made specifically for desktop gaming. Called Pulse Elevate, they’re built to work with PS5, PC, Mac, and even mobile devices through PlayStation Link.
These speakers use planar magnetic drivers to deliver richer, more lifelike audio across the entire sound spectrum. You’ll feel everything, from subtle whispers to booming footsteps, with precision.
There’s also a built-in mic with AI-powered noise rejection, so you can chat without needing a separate headset. The mic lives inside the right speaker, cleaning up background noise.
The wireless design supports ultra-low latency via PlayStation Link, letting games feel instantaneous even over a distance. They also support Bluetooth so you can mix in music or voice chat outside of gameplay.
They’ve packed portability in too. Pulse Elevate has a rechargeable battery and charging docks so you can take your setup on the go with a PlayStation Portal or a phone.
You’ll be able to adjust EQ, volume, sidetone, and mic mute from PS5 or PC. And the speaker’s physical orientation (horizontal or vertical) is adjustable, making it flexible for your desk layout.
Pulse Elevate is expected to launch in 2026 and will come in Midnight Black and White.
