Turtle Beach has unveiled its new Airlite Fit wired gaming headset, officially approved for use with the Nintendo Switch 2. This new Charcoal Black variant is already available for pre-order at $27.99 USD, £19.99 GBP, or €24.99 and is set to ship worldwide on September 3, 2025.

This model builds on a previously popular design but now features official Nintendo Switch 2 branding on the headband. Turtle Beach says it is optimized to work perfectly with the new handheld and remains compatible with older Switch models using the standard 3.5mm audio jack. The upgrade includes premium 40mm speakers and jersey-fabric ear cushions that focus on comfort and improved audio isolation. The headset also includes a flip-up mic with noise-cancelling capabilities.

As a budget-friendly option, the Airlite Fit strikes a strong balance between comfort, performance, and affordability. It weighs just 228g and retains the lightweight design from previous models. While it does not offer advanced features such as wireless connectivity or equalizer customization, its solid build quality and official Switch 2 aesthetic makes it a standout budget pick.

Turtle Beach also plans to launch the Recon 70 headset and themed Rematch controllers with official Switch branding in mid-2025. Both products are targeted at gamers seeking affordable accessories without sacrificing quality or design alignment with Nintendo hardware.
